RAYA SAYANG is very first Raya Series from Joey Kher. This series are made in her batik studio located in Batu Pahat her hometown.
Her latest artworks are inspired by Malaysia’s multi-cultural lives. Malaysian enjoy local delights “Kuih Muih” & festival(s) and we sing folk songs together, especially “Rasa Sayang”. This series of Raya Batik are purely hand canting to create multi layers and sophisticated colors.
